How Much Are You Willing To Suffer?

We all have our reasons for running. It may be for health or competition; it can be for so many things. But in time, we will run and decide just how much we are willing to suffer. This year I have set some pretty big running goals for myself and they all have their own kind of pain. Before this year every race I ran have been 5k or less. So when I set my 2016 running goals I had decided it was time to move up to the next level of distance and challenge. It all started with the books I was reading at the time. (“Two Hours”,”Long Run” and “Marathon”. So I decided to run in a local half marathon(“Fly Pig”) and a full(“Chicago”). “Is it worth the pain?  I say, “Yes it is”
